You can find a good level of information on our website under the description as an attachment; each product has a downloadable profile, constantly updated thanks to the input of our customers; if you do not find an answer, please feel free to contact us at support@govohealth.com and we will be happy to help you.

We will immediately contact you regarding timelines; if the product is in stock we will outline delivery time for your location – for large orders requiring new production batches we will agree with you feasible timelines as part of overall order management terms and conditions.

We deliver primarily in Ireland, EU countries and United Kingdom; we can deliver worldwide using DHL.
For small quantities as trials ( one or 2 cases ) we have preset shipping costs for:

  • Ireland – via Fastway with a shipping cost of 7 eur
  • EU – for most of European countries the shipping cost via DHL is 20 eur.
  • UK – shipping cost via DHL is 15 eur

For larger quantities we will quote a shipping costs to you and you can decide if more convenient for you using your shipping provider. When our shipping partners takes the parcel, they will directly send you tracking notifications to the email address you provided to us.

The courier will send you an email to reschedule the delivery; DHL has even more options like going to their nearer depo to collect it yourself. We are usually notified by the courier as well and we will also email you to ensure that you have all the information to manage your delivery.

Simply send us an email explaining the situation and we will immediately react on it with instructions on what to do next.

The timing depends on your location; we usually send the new product when we have received the old one back except in case of damage, we will immediately send the replacement upon you providing us with a photo of the damage to allow us to claim to the courier.

Please contact us immediately ( support@govohealth.com ) and provide a photo of the damage – this will allow us to immediately ship the replacement to you.

Costs are depending on location; in case the return is due to us sending the incorrect item we will cover the cost of returning the product.
